I recently decided to get solar panels. I then happened to run into Lewis Annear at Truro Golf Club. This company is a local businesses and I’m going to say they were the most professional business I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish they were very informative. They knew exactly what I needed and were very helpful advising me of my options. The measuring up and fitting all went without an hitch. Everyone from the scaffolding team to the fitters were professional and courteous from start to finish. I was surprised at how affordable it was and I glad that I chose Simon Annear Solars. They listened carefully to all my requirements and Priced a number of options before arriving at the final solution. They answered all my queries and provided invaluable guidance. The Installation and Commissioning was clean, efficient and without any technical issues. The products installed are some of the Best on the Market. We had a 6.6kW solar array with around 16kW batteries and a 10kW Vaillant Arotherm heat pump installed by Simon Annear in September 2023. The introduction and design process was well managed and the installation was quick and efficient. Dates for installation were agreed and kept to. The heating / plumbing and electrical design work was well thought through and this resulted in tidy working practice and a very neat installation. The existing plumbing and heating which was slightly complicated was simplified and converted onto mains supply. Very happy to recommend this company. ~ Richard B

When you buy a system like this, it’s not only the equipment and the fitting of it, but the after sales service which you should buy into. Simon Annear Solar and Electrical Services were recommended to us as a company who did what they said they were going to when they said they were going to do it. This is exactly what they did. They installed an18kW solar pv array with batteries and added batteries to our existing system. The work was completed in good time. They were tidy and the communication was excellent. Simon Annear put in my air source pump very efficiently and the system has worked well. Last week it suddenly stopped working and I could not get it started again. So I rang them at 8am the next day and by noon it was up and running again! I was so relieved as it was midwinter with no heating and no hot water!! Thanks a million Simon Annear! ~ Iain R
